The 90-Day Money Back Guarantee is applicable only to The Mini, The Original, The Max, and The Mega Brooder waterers purchased directly from The Chicken Fountain (mychickenfountain.com). Eligible purchases must be registered within ten (10) business days from receiving the shipment. Shipping costs from The Chicken Fountain to you is not refundable.

Initiating a Refund:

To request a refund within the guarantee period customers must contact our customer support team at info@mychickenfountain.com and provide the following:

Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

A brief explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction.

Refund Processing:
