Shipping and Returns

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Please allow 3 business days for processing and a transit time of 3-5 business days.

The Chicken Fountain uses UPS (United Parcel Service); once orders leave our facility, the actual delivery timeframe is dependent on UPS.

Currently, we are only able to ship our products to the US and Canada.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unglued arms and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label to you, as well as further instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mychickenfountain.com.

DAMAGE OR PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at info@mychickenfountain.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

EXCHANGES

The most efficient way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a refund will be issued. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
